5、 防止威格士葉片泵系統(tǒng)液壓沖擊帶來的泄漏。產(chǎn)生液壓沖擊時(shí),會導(dǎo)致接頭螺母松動而產(chǎn)生漏油。
6、此時(shí),一方面應(yīng)重新擰緊接頭螺母,另一方面要找出產(chǎn)生液壓沖擊的原因并設(shè)法予以防止。例如設(shè)置蓄能器等吸振,采用緩沖閥等緩沖組件消振等。
7、威格士葉片泵負(fù)壓產(chǎn)生的泄漏。對瞬時(shí)流速大于10m/s的管路,均可能產(chǎn)生瞬間負(fù)壓(真空)現(xiàn)象,如果接頭沒有采用防止負(fù)壓產(chǎn)生的密封結(jié)構(gòu)形式,
