刷毛
非絨面紡織品不需經(jīng)過刷毛程序。
將裝好試樣的試樣夾放在刷毛裝置的滑動架上，兒童紡織產(chǎn)品燃燒速率測定儀廠家，試樣的絨面向上，逆向刷毛一次。
2)
干燥
將裝好試樣的試樣夾平放在105℃±3℃的烘箱內(nèi)，30min±2min后取出，置于干燥器中，冷卻不少于30min。干燥和冷卻過程中應(yīng)注意不觸碰試樣表面 。

specimen rack (b， fig. 2). the specimen rack provides supports for the
frames in which the specimens are mounted. the angle of inclination is 45°. two
guide pins projecting downward from the cct of the base of the rack travel
in slots provided in the floor of the chamber so that adjustment can be made
for the thickness of the specimen in relation to the flame front. a stop is
provided in the base of the chamber to assist in adjusting the ition of the
rack.
2 樣本架b，圖2。樣品架為安裝樣品的框架提供支撐。傾角為45°。從機(jī)架底座中心向下---的兩個導(dǎo)銷在燃燒室地板上的槽中移動，以便調(diào)整試樣相對于火焰的厚度。腔室底部設(shè)有止動塊，以幫助調(diào)整齒條的位置。

flow meter (l， fig. 2). a flow meter is used to bring the fuel supply to
test level by means of the control valve. the flow meter cists of a u-shaped
glass tube cut into the gas line in a manner to register the gas pressure
delivered to the microburner. attached to the case wall behind the flow meter
is a movable metal plate with two parallel horizontal lines properly spaced for
the desired flame length. when the pressure is off， the plate is so regulated
that the liquid level in both sides of the u-shaped tube meets the lower line.
when the test is made the pressure is so adjusted that the higher liquid level
in the u-shaped tube meets the upper line.
13 流量計l，圖2。流量計通過控制閥使燃油供應(yīng)達(dá)到試驗水平。流量計由一個u形玻璃管組成，該玻璃管切割成氣體管線，以記錄輸送至微燃燒器的氣體壓力。連接到流量計后面的箱壁上的是一個可移動的金屬板，其上有兩條平行的水平線，這些線的間距適合所需的火焰長度。當(dāng)壓力關(guān)閉時，調(diào)節(jié)板，燃燒速率，使u形管兩側(cè)的液位與下線相遇。進(jìn)行試驗時，應(yīng)調(diào)整壓力，使u形管中較高的液位與上一條線相交。
